The German sports journalist and author Raphael Honigstein is based in London and writes about English football for the "Süddeutsche Zeitung". Along with bringing British fans closer to German football with his columns for "The Guardian", he is building bridges between two great football cultures.
His new book is also about a man who operates between the two cultures. Jürgen Klopp, the German manager of Liverpool FC, is the subject of Honigstein's biography "Ich mag, wenn's kracht".
