Of course the FIFA World Football Museum will also be celebrating Swiss Grandparents' Day on 11 March 2018. In conjunction with "GiM – Generations in the Museum", we are delighted to offer you the ideal day for every generation. Set off together on a journey across the history of football. On this particular Sunday, grandchildren accompanied by a grandparent get free entry (offer only available to children accompanied by grandparents).

As an added extra for Swiss Grandparents' Day, we would love to offer you a free special guided tour. Let us take you around our fascinating exhibition and show you how the beautiful game has developed from the past up to the present day, going in one direction then the other and perhaps even coming full circle. Pele or Messi? Liberos or false nines? England 1966 or Brazil 2014? Our guides are on hand to turn the tour into a duel between the footballing generations (but one where everyone emerges victorious).

The free public guided tours last 90 minutes, are available in German and commence at 11 am and 1.30 pm, so don't be late!

The minimum recommended age is six years old.

"GiM – Generations in the Museum" is an initiative run by the Migros Culture Percentage Fund to promote museum visits by young and old alike.
