Accessibility

All of the exhibition space in the museum is wheelchair-accessible, as is the Sportsbar 1904 and the bistro and café areas. Please note that in certain areas it is necessary to use the elevator. Our museum staff will be happy to help should you need any assistance. 

Three disabled parking spaces are available at the FIFA World Football Museum and can be reserved by calling +41 43 388 25 00 or by sending an e-mail to: info@fifamuseum.org

Disabled toilets are located throughout the building. Facilities are available on the exhibition space on the underground level, and on the ground and first floors. Toilets are also available in the café and bistro area on the second floor.

Guide dogs for blind and visually impaired visitors are welcome in the museum.
