COVID-19: Important information for your visit

Dear visitors,

we are happy to welcome you to the FIFA World Football Museum. Due to the tightened measures to counter the spread of the coronavirus we have updated our opening hours.

The detailed opening hours of the Museum and Sportsbar 1904 up to and including Sunday, 10 January 2021, can be found HERE.

In addition, we would like to inform you about the following restrictions:

  • It is compulsory to wear a mask throughout the museum. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from this rule.
  • We ask you to kindly observe the distance rule of 1.5 meters.
  • The number of visitors in our exhibition as well as in our Event Hall is limited and will be monitored.
  • Public guided tours will not take place until further notice. All workshops, conferences and other events are also cancelled.
  • Special guided tours can only be booked with a maximum of five people.
  • For the booking of kids’ birthday parties, we kindly ask you to contact our Events Team at events@fifamuseum.org to discuss a possible individual arrangement in accordance with our hygiene and safety concept.
  • Use of the library is by appointment only. To arrange a research visit or to ask about the collection, please write to: library@fifamuseum.org
  • We explicitly ask you to make use of the disinfectant dispensers placed at numerous locations throughout the museum.
  • If possible, please pay by card.
  • Additional waiting times at certain stations within our exhibition and our Event Hall may occur at busier periods.
  • In the Sportsbar 1904, seats for a maximum of four people from a maximum of two different households can currently be occupied per table.
  • In addition, in Sportsbar 1904, all guests' contacts must now be recorded individually until further notice.
