17 October 2025 - 29 October 2025 | RABAT, MOROCCO
During the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2025™ in Morocco, the FIFA Museum presented a pop-up exhibition inside the Fan Zone at the Mohammed VI Football Academy in Rabat.
The exhibition titled “Rising Stars: The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Legends” featured a collection of photographs showcasing FIFA Women’s World Cup-winning teams from 1991 to 2023, along with portraits of standout young players who took part in past FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup™ tournaments.
Among those highlighted was Alexia Putellas, widely regarded as one of the greatest football players in history. She made her debut in a FIFA tournament at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2012, where she helped Spain secure third place.
More than a decade later, she was part of the historic Spanish team that won the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023. In addition to Alexia Putellas, portraits of Deyna Castellanos (Venezuela), Linda Caicedo (Colombia), Mana Iwabuchi (Japan), Alexandra Popp (Germany), Kennedy Fuller (USA), and local talent from Morocco, Yasmine Zouhir, were also showcased.
The exhibition aimed to inspire the next generation of football stars by celebrating the journey from youth tournaments to global success.
