Attendance of over 2,000 at Zurich's Long Night of the Museums

Cinematic moments, competitive matches, and plenty of shots of the FIFA World Cup Trophy - the atmosphere was incredible. The FIFA World Football Museum welcomed more than 2,000 visitors between 7pm and 2am last Saturday as part of Zurich’s Long Night of the Museums.

Our guests could explore the permanent exhibition with additional highlights such as guided tours in English and German as well as our Football Film Festival in our vintage style "Living Room" – showing a selection of short movies inspired by the beautiful game.

Zurich's Long Night of The Museums is an annual event involving 50 institutions across Zurich and has become a cultural highlight in the city's calendar – and we are thrilled to have been part of it for the third year running. We have participated in the event every year since we opened our doors in 2016, and each year bringing a sense of excitement among staff and visitors alike!

Football means something different to everyone and, on Saturday night, this was brought to life for all to see. So whether you're a passionate fan, or just a curious passer-by, thank you for visiting the FIFA World Football Museum and we hope you had an enjoyable time at the home of football history.
