In the event that a Membership is cancelled or suspended in accordance with this Condition 9, FIFA Museum reserves the right to exclude the relevant Member from applying for any future Membership or membership scheme maintained or organised by FIFA Museum where it is reasonable to do so in the circumstances.
Liability
Nothing in these Membership T&Cs shall exclude or limit FIFA Museum's liability to any Member for any liability arising out of any death or personal injury caused by FIFA Museum's negligence (including negligence of its employees, agents or contractors).
At all times subject to Condition 10.1 above, FIFA Museum’s liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of registering for Membership, from being a Member, or using, redeeming or earning any Museum Benefit (Losses), is excluded and reduced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
